Event Code of Conduct

Central TX Card Shows is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all collectors, vendors, and attendees. By attending our events, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

Our Standards

Respect Everyone
Treat all attendees, vendors, and staff with respect regardless of age, background, experience level, or collection size. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Honest Dealing
All buying, selling, and trading must be conducted honestly and transparently. Misrepresentation of card condition, authenticity, or grade is grounds for removal.
Handle Cards with Care
Always ask before touching cards at a vendor's table. Handle all cards carefully. Damage to inventory is the responsibility of the person who caused it.
No Theft or Fraud
Theft, counterfeit cards, fraudulent QR codes, or any form of dishonest conduct will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
Keep It Clean
Help keep the venue clean. Dispose of trash properly and respect the space so we can continue to use it for future events.
Follow Staff Instructions
Event staff have final authority on all decisions. Please follow their instructions promptly and respectfully.
No Unauthorized Solicitation
Vendors must operate from their assigned tables only. Roaming solicitation or selling outside of your designated space is not permitted.
