Terms of Service

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Central TX Card Shows event operated by Sernascalez LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Tickets & Admission

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Your QR code is valid for one-time entry only.
• Duplicate or fraudulent QR codes will be denied entry.
• VIP ticket holders receive 30-minute early entry before General Admission doors open.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

Vendor Tables

• Table reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
• Full payment is due one week before the event.
• Table assignments are made at the organizer's discretion.
• Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, display, and transactions.
• Central TX Card Shows is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged inventory.

Event Conduct

All attendees and vendors are expected to follow our Event Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Photography & Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Images may be used on social media and marketing materials.

Liability

Central TX Card Shows and Sernascalez LLC are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred at our events. Attend at your own risk.

Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Refund policies will be communicated at that time.
